Hey fellow founders, I believe that big decisions deserve clarity.
As Antler One is starting and we’ll soon all shake hands, pitch our ideas, hoping to find “the one”, I've created this page to share more about my values, experiences and the type of person I enjoy building with.

🧑🚀 Who Am I
I’m Eliott. I’d describe myself as a highly driven operator and builder managing the full ops scope from ****sales, GTM, ops, hiring teams, to finance.
I’m looking for a technical co-founder to join me in building an impact venture.
Over the last 4+ years, I’ve scaled both bootstrapped and VC-backed startups across Europe and the US in sectors like HealthTech, FoodTech and EdTech.
But what really drives me isn’t just “building companies", it's doing it with passionate people and solving problems that matter.
- ← Eliott, why writing this doc? Seems a bit extra…

🎒 My Journey So Far
Work
- GTM Launcher @REAL System in SF (VR start-up, NYSE-backed)
- GTM & Sales @Choco in Berlin (ranked #3 sales rep at Unicorn)
- Chief of Staff @Paradox (Bootstrapped EdTech)
- VP Ops @Paradox (hired & led 15+ people at 24 & scaled the company from 8 to 12M+ revenue in 1.5 year)
Education
- UCLA, NTU, EDHEC - mostly about business & entrepreneurship
- Studied across 5 countries (France, US, Singapore, Spain, UK), met really talented people and shaped who I am today (curious, open, outgoing)
Life
- I fell in love with entrepreneurship at 13 after reading Richard Branson’s Finding My Virginity. Since then, I’ve been chasing experiences that push me to grow, from building businesses, racing Ironmans, or even spending 10 days in silence like a monk. For me, it’s about making the most of the time we have and living as boldly as I can.
🤝 What I’m looking for in a technical co-founder
Values we’d share
- Relentless curiosity and learning
- Push each other to be faster, smarter, kinder, better
- Feedback that’s kind but brutally honest (I’d rather “too harsh” than silence)
- Integrity → doing what feels right, not what’s expected
- Boldness → thinking big, even if it scares us
- Growth > ego → the courage to question ourselves
Skills you’d bring
Hard
- Deep technical expertise (infra, architecture, scaling)
- The ability to spot and attract top engineering talent
- End-to-end ownership of the product’s technical backbone
Soft
- Creative thinker, you see solutions I’d never imagine
- Patient enough to play the long game to build a business that matters
- Obsessive with the details that make the big picture work
- Encouraging, fun, grounded
